New Product Launch: Seagate Backup Plus 500GB

Aiming to continue and build up on the market leadership in the HDD or Portable Hard Disk segment with a slew of innovative and new launches, Seagate has recently launched their latest offering called Seagate Backup Plus 500GB. It offers an easy and convenient way to store and back up data, integrate videos and photos from Social Networking Sites such as Facebook, Photobucket and Flickr and Youtube. This model is pretty slim and lightweight and comes in two categories. The lighter series is the portable ones that come in 500GB and 1TB (1000GB) sizes. The Bulkier desktop models come in 2TB and 3TB sizes. One of the distinct feature of the hard disks is the drive’s dashboard software interface which allows users to seamlessly backup and share files from and to various Social Networks and Windows and Mac OS machines.
